Resolved Question: Which are better Keystone Apartments or Brushwood Apartments in Owensboro KY? Reviews?

My boyfriend and I are looking at renting an apartment. But it's a lot harder choosing one than I thought it would be. Both apartments are about the same price. Keystone doesn't have a washer and a dryer in the room and Brushwood does. But Keystone has a fireplace and I know the man who owns them. And according to a realtor Brushwood won't approve us to live there. They will take our deposit and they won't approve us or give us our money back. Though Brushwood, assured us that wouldn't happen.
